Level I/II
Build on the basics, applying them to more advanced poses including inversions. Level I and Level II variations on poses will be given.  Not recommended for those with serious injuries.

All Levels
Whether you are a beginner or more advanced, you can tailor this class to fit your level. Variations of poses will be given.

Noon Yoga
Strengthen and stretch using a flowing series of poses. Come prepared to play!

Core Strength
You will practice strengthening exercises for your core abdominal and lower back muscles. You are always encouraged to use meditative awareness to listen to and follow your own body's wisdom.

"Cultivating Meditation thru Yoga"
Have trouble sitting? In this class you will learn how to open and strengthen your body
to sit more comfortably. You will practice focusing your mind through yogic breath and
developing non-judgemental awareness of your bodily sensations.  Followed by seated meditation. 
(Bring your own meditation cushion or bench if you have one.)
